(Florence, Ky.) - A Florence couple faces charges after their small child was found wandering.
Neighbors on Hillcrest Drive called police at about 7:00 p.m. Wednesday when the toddler was seen alone in the street.
The child may have wandered out of his parents’ apartment while they slept.
David Powell, 24, and Tiffany Wesley, 23, were each cited for misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
